It starts with a free in-home consultation. We come to you; there is no showroom to visit. We talk through what you keep, how you use the garage and what you want to change, then look at the space together.
You do not have to empty the garage first. Seeing how it is currently used helps with planning, and clearing it for any preparation or installation is discussed as part of the scope.
After the visit you receive a written quote covering the layout, finishes and scope. Review it before deciding what is right for your garage; the plan can be completed in phases if that suits you better.
Do I need to know what I am keeping before the cleanout?
You do not need every decision made before the first conversation. Identify valuables and items that must stay, then discuss how the remaining sorting will work.
Can you take every kind of item?
Confirm the accepted items and removal arrangements before scheduling. Paint, chemicals, batteries, unusually heavy objects and other special materials need to be discussed separately.
Is hauling or donation drop-off included?
That should be specified in the estimate. Explain what needs to leave and where you would like it to go so the handling and destination can be agreed in advance.
Can I do a cleanout without buying flooring or storage?
Yes. Reclaiming the room can be the entire project. If you later want a floor coating, cabinets or wall storage, we can plan from that clearer starting point.
